- We do everything we can to save your natural teeth. However, sometimes we have to extract teeth due to various reasons, such as them being unrestorable. We will numb the tooth to the point that the only thing you feel when we are taking the tooth out is pressure. We also offer nitrous/laughing gas so you can be at ease throughout the procedure.
